But what we have discovered is The Reasn, as in the LA-based up-and-coming singer/songwriter who is ready to bring his unique blend of soul and pop to the masses with his upcoming EP, 25 Till Empty. The singer has already put people on to his talent with his lead single and video, "Better," and SoulBounce is happy to give you the exclusive premiere of his newest track, "Blue Flame."
"Blue Flame" finds The Reasn pouring out his heart to the object of his affections. Unfortunately, she's too preoccupied searching for something that may not exist to see what she's got in front of her. Reasn tells his side of the story over a slow, pulsing rhythm punctuated with roaring electric guitar provided by producer DK. And though the guitar gives this more of a rock ballad feel, Reasn's gospel-tinged falsetto injects more than enough soul into the affair as he croons his way into our hearts and onto our radar.
